안녕하세요 크래커팀입니다. 먼저, Klaytn에 대한 커뮤니티의 신뢰에 큰 논란을 만들고, 여러 커뮤니티 분들께 심려를 끼쳐드린 점 진심으로 사과드립니다. 또한, 클레이튼 재단 및 크러스트 유니버스, 그리고 여러 Klaytn 프로젝트 팀분들께도 심려를 끼쳐드린 점 진심으로 사과드립니다. 크래커팀은 Klaytn의 DeFi 생태계를 보다 풍부하게 만들고, 의미 있는 프로젝트들을 시도하여 성과를 내어 보자라는 취지를 가지고 크러스트 유니버스의 CIC로 시작하였습니다. 저희는 Klaytn 생태계에 의미 있는 DeFi 인프라 및 레고블록들이 부족하다고 생각하였고, 또한 좋은 개발팀들이 부족한 상황을 해결하고자 사업을 준비하였으며, 지난해 초 별도의 법인으로 독립한 후에 Klaytn DeFi 생태계의 활성화를 위해 지금까지 다양한 프로젝트를 발제, 투자 및 인큐베이팅을 진행해 왔습니다. 또한, 생태계의 건실한 공헌자가 되기 위해 노력해왔습니다. 논란이 된 트랜잭션에 대해 말씀드리기에 앞서 오해가 있는 부분이 있어 설명드리자면, 크래커팀이 크러스트 유니버스로부터 독립한 지난해 이후, 크래커팀은 클레이튼 재단 및 크러스트 유니버스와는 독립된 법인이라는 사실을 말씀드립니다. 크래커팀은 크러스트 유니버스와의 계약을 통해 KLAY를 지급받았으나, 이는 독립된 법인 간의 적법한 계약에 따라 이루어진 것입니다. 이러한 의미에서 크래커팀의 자금 집행을 포함한 팀 운영은 독자적으로 결정하고 있으며, 크래커팀이 크러스트 유니버스 또는 클레이튼 재단의 내부자에 해당한다는 내용은 사실이 아닙니다. 논란이 된 트랜잭션은 크러스트 유니버스나 클레이튼 재단과는 아무런 관련이 없습니다. 논란이 된 트랜잭션에 관해서 말씀드리겠습니다. 크래커 팀은 KLAY 가격 안정화에 기여하는 취지로 지난해 KLAY 유동화를 최소화하거나 중단하였었습니다. 하지만 최근 부족해진 팀 운영자금 및 신규 프로젝트 자금을 위하여 보유하고 있던 KLAY를 활용해야 하는 상황에 오게 되었습니다. 이 과정에서 되도록이면 논란과 충격을 최소화하고자 하는 짧은 생각에 다양한 채널로 분산하여 KLAY를 이동하였습니다만, 이 방법이 큰 문제가 될 것이라는 생각을 미처 하지 못하였고, 이 때문에 어제와 같은 논란을 만들게 되었습니다. Klaytn에 대한 커뮤니티와 홀더, 그리고 많은 Klaytn 기반 팀들의 신뢰에 상처를 준 점 다시 한번 정중히 사과드립니다. 크래커팀은 현재의 KLAY 이동 상황을 빠르게 원상 회복하고자 프로세스를 진행 중에 있으며, 빠르게 완료하도록 하겠습니다. 또한, Klaytn 생태계의 신뢰 회복을 위해 크러스트 유니버스 및 클레이튼 재단과 함께 방안을 논의하고 있으며, 논의를 통해 도출된 결론을 성실히 이행할 것을 약속드립니다. 향후 이러한 논란이 발생하지 않도록 최선을 다할 것이며, Klaytn 생태계에 의미있는 기여를 할 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다.

현재 제기되고 있는 의혹 관련하여 클레이튼 재단은 전혀 관여되지 않았음을 명확히 공지드립니다. 재단은 의혹과 관련된다고 언급되고 있는 크래커랩스에 사실 관계에 대해 해명을 요청하였고, 빠른 시일 내에 크래커랩스가 해당 건에 대해 직접 해명을 할 예정입니다.
